Our accredited courses count toward the OSSD. Students can take them to lighten their school schedule, upgrade a mark, or finish a credit they couldn't fit in elsewhere.
The Ontario Secondary School Diploma requires 30 credits. Most students earn them at their day school, but Ontario allows students to take credits through accredited providers. Exploring Scholar is one of them.
That flexibility is useful for students in a range of situations, including those who want to get ahead, recover a credit, try a subject they couldn't schedule at their school, or improve a mark before applying to university.
The same instructors who run our tutoring programs teach our credited courses. The standard doesn't change.
Our credited courses run in small groups, not large classrooms. Students get more access to their instructor and a better learning environment overall.
Exploring Scholar has a long track record in Toronto. Families know what they're getting.
We offer Ontario high school credits in a wide range of subjects and grade levels. All courses are available. Get in touch to ask about specific subjects, scheduling options, and upcoming start dates.
Ask About Courses"My son was working through IB and AP at the same time. The support at Exploring Scholar helped him keep up with both. He came out of it knowing how to manage pressure and feeling confident about his work."Parent of a Grade 12 student
